All payments made for courses, training programs, or services are subject to this refund policy.
Refund requests may be considered only if submitted within the eligible period after purchase and before significant course usage or access completion.
Refunds will not be provided for completed courses, downloadable materials, certificate-issued programs, or delays caused by the student.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment method, subject to banking timelines.
If CIAT cancels a course or training program, eligible students may receive a full refund or transfer to another available batch.
